At Home Furniture on Consignment, we take pride in the unique nature of our curated pieces; however, if your selection does not fit your space perfectly, we offer a 7-day return window for store credit. Please note that all items must be returned in their original showroom condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery or pickup to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Furniture

    Ensure the item is securely wrapped and includes all original tags and documentation to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Arrange Transportation

    Schedule a drop-off at our consignment warehouse or coordinate with our approved third-party movers to facilitate the return transport.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Credit

    Once our team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a store credit minus any applicable restocking or original delivery fees.
