Now the German design duo and partners bring their contemporary perspective to the nature-inspired Ginkgo Chair Series for Davis Furniture. The Ginkgo Chairs are made of durable bent plywood and are stylishly formed to resemble their namesake leaf. The seat and back are made of a singular, shaped piece of plywood with upwardly curved edges to form around the body. Because of its unique shape and flexible material, Ginkgo’s shell is surprisingly comfortable and relaxing. The Ginkgo Series is more than just functional. Its slender profile and oak finishe which has been custom tinted offer universal aesthetics for modern or more traditional environments. The chairs we have on offer have metal legs.
